EXECUTIVE STAFF

FOUNDER 

Charles was a German born refugee, naturalized as an American Citizen in the US Army during World War II.

Charles originally worked as the chemist for Victoria Baby Carriage before forming Victoria Plating Company in 1949. He later served on the Board of Directors of the Masters Association of Metal Finishers and as President of the Association from 1979 to 1981. Charles was honored by his peers with the esteemed Bronze Plaque as "Metal Finisher of the Year" in 1988 and an Award of Recognition in 1997.

Charles was also honored by the American Electroplaters and Surface Finishing Association in 1987 as a "Research Friend".

PRESIDENT

Jeffrey attended University of Missouri and Washington University in St. Louis before joining Victoria Plating in 1984.

Jeffrey served on the Board of Directors of both the Masters' Association of Metal Finishers and the National Association of Metal Finishers for 17 years. He served as President of both Associations and was honored with several awards culminating with the Silvio Taoromino Award, our industries highest honor, in 2003 for his contributions to the Metal Finishing Industry.

Jeffrey has been the Chairman of the Industry Safety Group and Workers' Compensation Insurance Trust since 1999.

GENERAL MANAGER

Martin attended Manchester University, United Kingdom and began his career teaching High School History and Physical Education in the UK and USA for 7 years. 

Martin worked at Programatic Platers Inc., for 26 years, where he later became Vice President. He was responsible for overseeing production and operational management. 

Martin joined Victoria Plating in 2016 as General Manager.
